We believe stable lower middle-market businesses are disproportionately underserved by the existing private equity landscape, frequently failing to achieve their full potential due to growth capital constraints & access to proven operating executives across technology, finance, operations, and demand generation to catalyze growth.

Because of the relational nature of our approach, the operational investment required, and the natural scale constraints driven by an embedded asset model our approach is not a universal fit.
